Yantra Yoga The Tibetan Yoga of Movement !

The past 2 years i have been studying and practicing Yantra Yoga the Buddhist parallel of the Hathayoga of the Hindu tradition. Yantra yoga is  a very ancient system of yoga entailing body movements , breathing exercises and visualizations and  was first taught in Tibet in the 8th century. It was orally transmitted  by the great master Padmasambhava  to the Tibetan translator and Dzogchen master Vairochana. It was first brought in the west by Chogyal Namkai Norbu in the earlyl 70's and by staying very very close to the tradition its value is still alive for us. Rinpoche taught this method because he thought it was very helpful for people. Foe anyone , it does not matter if you are buddhist or no buddhist , if you are spiritual or not spiritual , if you are old or young , flexible or not. What is important is that through this practice we can coordinate out energy. Many problems in our life is because our energy is not harmonious. So if we can coordinate our energy this can be beneficial for everyone. And how we do that in Yantra yoga ? Through the movement of the body , the correct breathing and relaxing finally our mind.  I did my teacher's training level 2 this August and while waiting to be an authorized Yantra yoga teacher by my Master Chogyal Namkai Norbu i am allowed to teach Yantra yoga level 1 to my already existing students.
