End of last term , see u in September !!!

End of July has come and last term 's classes have come to end .
Wish u all a lovely August holiday, keep the spirit up, carry on your daily practice with love and joy , and see u all in September for registrations and re-organizing the new season 's classes.
Dynamic Yoga classes will be given from next term , and more workshops with Swami Mahesh in the winter xxxxx

Thanks to Allecandro for the Italian Dinner Party !!!

A beautiful dinner party was given to thank my friend Alleccandro, a wonderful Yoga teacher that did all classes while i was in Tibet, bringing some new light into asanas inspired by Swami Satchitananda !!!
A big thanks on behalf of all members of my studio and a promise to run a workshop together in Autumn !!!

In the meantime classes still run lunch time and evening on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the month of July , break in August and full time classes again in September with some new surprises. !!!!
