Since September that we started I realized that very few could afford to attend apart from daily meetings extra seminars to deepen their knowledge on various topics and aspects of yoga that could assist them in self awareness and daily practice so i adapted a new way of delivering this precious knowledge i studied and inherited from the masters of our tradition.
