Yoga for Stress Management !!!
Swami Maheshananda gave a workhop on Yoga for Stress management, on how to deal with anxiety, fear , panic , mental conflicts, depression and hypertension. The workshop was aimed to work on the subtle level of chakras , to open up the energy in them , and connect to the inner creative potentials overcoming the stress of daily life !!
The participants were guided through the practice of asana , pranayama, relaxation and meditation. They all enjoyed the approach and got the inspiration to connect to the positive , creative , joyful side of life.
